Both boat booms and fender systems are installed as complete systems on the vessel and can be extended from the vessel and retracted as needed. In particular, boat booms offer the option of securing a tender, for example, to the outer shell of the vessel\u2019s hull at a safe distance. In contrast, fender systems prevent damage to the outer shell of the vessel during harbour manoeuvres and when moored along the quay wall or wall-to-wall with another vessel.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/4″]
